What I Do

After writing the book "The Single Mothers Journey to Wholeness", Keynote speaking, counseling, facilitating groups and teaching, I know there is a place in my soul that can help people transform as I transform.

At this moment in time, values, priorities and goals need to change. Our society is changing at a rapid speed and most of us are in a whirlwind of thought just trying to keep up with the rapid pace. Technology has brought in the influx of information too great for our nervous systems to even process and crisis in our world has become the norm.

We have to change and we can become free in the process. The mission of this blog is to give the reader free and valuable information to help in the transformative process that is taking place. By becoming ever more present and aware, changing our conditioned thought patterns and setting goals that are congruent with what our soul yearns for, we can live the life we love and live on purpose.
